I absolutely love getting to the end of the day and Macey has had yet another awesome day ❤️ Spent the afternoon at the park, we saw some ducks crossing the road and asked if Macey could count them. School Holiday madness here 🤣 One way to keep the kids calm when their going crazy is Aromatherapy Play-doh, this time I made it with Bergamot essential oil. Yep sounds corny, but its true! Since starting using the oils in our everyday lives, things have just gone from insane to being able manage and get through the day. Especially with Macey and her not sleeping and her extreme ADHD behaviours. What I have found to be the most effective blend on Macey to help keep her calm during the day is a mix of Vetiver, Cedarwood and Lavender. Five drops of each in a 30ml roller bottle then topped with fractionated coconut oil. Rolled onto the soles on her feet and up and down her spine first thing in the morning, then repeat as needed (normally 2-3 times a day) These have helped keep her calmer and help control the ADHD behaviours and made each day so much more easier on me. Beforehand it was insane, she would seriously be bouncing off the walls destroying everything in her path and I could not take my eyes off her for even for a second.   Now she is more focused and will sit down and play or watch a show on TV, I can re...

Wow, what a crazy 12 months it has been here..... Last March my beautiful Macey was one day perfectly happy and healthy, the next day she woke up and was acting really strange. Its really hard to describe how she was acting but it certainly wasn't her normal self. My first thought was she had gotten into something so I ran around the house checking all the cleaning products and nothing had been touched. So I decided to take her down to my local hospital, something was telling me this was serious and I needed to get her checked out....so I did. But the doctors at the hospital brushed me off saying it was a UTI and go to the GP and get some antibiotic's.....so I did. The next day I was hoping to see that they would of started working but nope she seemed worse, she was saying the most bizarre things and nothing made sense. The following day I took her back to the GP when he then told me to get her straight down to Emergency as he could see it was not a UTI but something serious...

I just finished another LO, it feels so good to be scrapbooking again only if it a few LOs a month, it feels good! I just love this photo of Macey, and makes me so happy to see her smiley face :)

Its a long weekend here, Kids home for 4 days, which means lots of fun and a bit of Chill time which is always nice! Arhhh, the cool change has finally hit Vic, thank god! This weather has been a bit crazy not only here in Oz but all over the place...... :-/ So have been getting back into my Orders, have just finished off these and I love them, think I might have to make some for myself :) i love the colour combo Black and White, its simple, fresh and always looks good with what ever colour you put with it!
