Help, please.

I have just finished creating this little mouse, though I am really having trouble working out his face. I was going to use beads as his eyes and a small pompom as his nose, but now im not sure.
This little fellow stands at 5cm tall so he's not that big, any suggestion would be fantastic.
I have also been working on a few other designs, I have just finished writing up a pattern fo a catterpiller, so I hope to have her up in the next few days.

hi i would use felt that way you can make his expression just the way you want by cutting the felt and then either gluing it on or sew it on either would work, i have made a number of stuffed animals and i like to use the felt because is baby friendly. its darling, thanks for the kind comments about my baby set, i used red heart baby yarn i had for a while keep up the good work :)

Today, back to Business......

As I said in my last post that I was working on some Christmas decorations, I have finally gotten around to taking a photo of them LOL . On the right is the Snow flake, which is very delicate and takes l onger to make, and to the right is the Star (which is white with Gold flecks), which is quicker to make. I would really love to know what you think of them and how you would like to see them sold? Packs of 1, 3, or 5. I'm going to go out hunting for some pine tree to use as a prop to take photos with. Sunshine!!!

Spring has just started and the sun has just started to come out, it is so nice to see the sun and it makes such a difference on your mood and energy. Yesterday was a beautiful day so I decided to pop out into the garden and pull out some of the winter weeds, before I knew it the bin was full lol . Business is Slowing.....

I have been reading a lot on Blogs and forums that's sales on Etsy have been slowing and mainly due to the World economics, its quite scary to hear all this happening. My advice is make the most of this slow period by stocking up on stock for you shop and get creative so that your shop is FULL of yummies and when everyone feels its safe to start spending again your shops will be full of variety. I am starting on a few scarves for my etsy shop and also a few more Coffee Cup Cozies in a variety of colors, so stay tuned for those. I had a check-up yesterday with the Midwife and shes not too sure I will make it to my next appointment as bubz is VERY low, so if you don't all hear from me for a few days that could be the reason......I'm getting soo excited about meeting this little feller, I got all his bags packed and started mine so I'm ready if he dose decide to come a little early .
