Healing Minds

Well what a weekend, the weather was shocking, and Achlan and I have a silly nose cold. Despite feeling yuck all weekend I did manage to get some crochet done. I made these slippers for Achlan He loves them and he can't stop saying 'Thank-you mummy', it's so sweet. I also had a play around with my mouse I was having so much trouble with so I decided to start again and finished up with this: What do u think? Haven't come up with a name yet so still thinking :) I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

I have just finished creating this little mouse, though I am really having trouble working out his face. I was going to use beads as his eyes and a small pompom as his nose, but now im not sure. This little fellow stands at 5cm tall so he's not that big, any suggestion would be fantastic. I have also been working on a few other designs, I have just finished writing up a pattern fo a catterpiller, so I hope to have her up in the next few days.

Well what a hetik few weeks has it been, I have been very busy writing up my business plan, though I am getting there. I have also been very busy trying to create a business card template which is coming along quite nicely (I'II post a pic as soon as I am finished). In between all my business stuff we have been trying to get our house sorted out, it's amazing how much junk you collect over just a few years, but its starting to there. Unfortunilty I don't have any pics of any of the work I have done, as I hav'nt done much, mainly writing.

It has been soo long since I last Blogged, yet not much has happened LOL . I continue my Business course at the Body Shop HQ's next week, I am really excited to go back as I am really in need of some motivation ASAP LOL . Though things are starting to come together and I have made a start on writing up my Business Plan, but there is still soo much to do. I think I need to run away from home just to get some peace to sit down and get stuck into it! I have also been busy creating a few more little goodies for you all to see. This is a baby boys beanie with ear flaps, I have also done a baby girls one too. And here are the rest: So not much really! I have had a real creative break down and just can't quite think what to make, I'm sure it will come to me in time. Well not much rea lly, been very busy with Birthdays to even get time to sit down and work on things, though I did manage to get these coasters done. They are really Pretty with all those hearts. What else has been happening, our Baby Thomas turned 1, it feels like last year went so quick. He had a wonderful day we took our boys down to Morington to go for a ride on the Old Steam Train, they both loved it. I really look forward to getting more done in the next coming weeks so keep checking back to see whats new.

Yesterday was our sons 3rd Birthday,geh it just seems like yesterday and he was a little baby. He did had a lovely day playing with his prezzies and eating 'Ice-cream Cake'. Next week our baby Thomas turns 1. I have also been creating a few things for my Etsy shop, and last night I had another sale :) This is a Pink iPod cover with a Aqua crochet Flower. I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Year. We stayed at home, listened to some music and had a couple of drinks were it was nice and safe. My News Year Resolution is to be creative and step out-side the box and try new things, and also to work on my photo's. I have been very busy creating a few goodies. This is a cute Ipod/Mobile(cell) phone purse that I made with a cute little flower attached. This is a clutch I have created to use as a purse/wallet holder or even use as a sun glasses case.
